Does anyone have directions for making these?

I can't figure out how these corn snacks are made, and though someone might have a recipe/directions.

They are crunchy, but not hard like corn-nuts. They can't be difficult!! I just can't figure it out. Thought I'd try "popping" non popcorn corn.

while I don't remember where I read the recipe, I seem to remember reading someplace that they use canned hominy, drain it and then either fry or bake it. Like I said, I don't remember where I read it, I just remembered it sounded interesting.

Oooh...well, that is a start! I know that I read a recipe somewhere that might have done it, but I've been taxing my brain for 3 days now, trying to remember.
