Does ANYONE have any negative comments about Happy Limo?

I've just booked our 3-way transfers with Happy Limo...I've heard no complaints about them at all. Just wondering if anyone has ever had a bad experience with them? Just wondering?

the last 5 clients that I booked them for all had great experiences with them. they have been very friendly to speak with on the phones. no problems either.

I guess I'm basically happy that I'm not being flooded with responses to this question. I did have one problem with Happy Limo. I had called on Wednesday last week to make my reservations. I thought everything was all set. I was told I'd get an email in the next few days to initial and send back. Today (Wed.) rolls around and it's not here. I called and the lady couldn't find my ressie anywhere. (I'll bet it's there somewhere, but it hadn't gotten into the computer) She just rebooked me and sent out the email within an hour. Very friendly and didn't mind a special request for a specific soda for my kids. (Disney movies, use of the digital camera, and 2 grocery stops!) I can't wait to get there to see the sign with our name on it! (Do they let you keep them or are they reusable?)
