I AM TRAVELING TO UNIVERSAL FOR 3 DAYS WITH A TROUP AND I AM PAYING FOR HOUSING FOR SEVERAL NEEDY CHILDREN, I AM TRYING TO SAVE MONEY, DOES ANYONE KNOW ANY OF THE PROMO CODES TO SAVE ON BOOKING 1 OF THE 3 HOTELS? AND IF YOU USE AAA DO THEY REALLY CHECK FOR THE CARD AT CHECK IN?

You have APH, AAA and there is also MIL (military) and Florida residence. You can give those a try.

Whether they actually ask for proof of membership for those entitlements, I am sure it is normal procedure. I am also sure there is a time or 2 the rep forgets to ask for proof, but would you really want to start a bedget vacation being forced to pay rack rate because you made a reservation using a code and did not have proof of entitlement?

ETA: We bought AAA membership specifically for this trip. We will never be able to use it where we live. However, the money we will save on food, etc in the parks will more than pay for that $59 membership. If you are traveling with a crowd, I would recommend AAA even if you can't use it for hotel.
