Does anyone have any experience of booking with lastminute.com

Ok, you may have seen an earlier post in which I proclaimed that lastminute.com have quite a low price for a trip i extremely want to take to disneyland (even though I pretty much have just come back) and was wondering if anyone has any experience of customer service, what you get in the post, etc.

If anyone knows, it would be extremely helpful and i would be very grateful!

Also, do you know any other safe websites to book it?

Sorry, I've never booked with them.

I have booked hotels online with Expedia, Benotel, Active Hotels, FHR, Holiday Extras ~ I have always just received confirmation by email and it has always been all that was needed.
