well let me see....... my dh quit smoking last jan. and thats great!!! but he gained bout 30 lbs. and i gained 15 lbs. i would love to know the secret on how everyone gets motovated...... i have a weight bench, treadmill, ab roller,eliptical,punching bag,and huge rubber ball........in which all of them hold and dry my clothes very nicely...... i have all that stuff and i still am not motovated!!! i hate eating breakfast and i do know i drink enough water.... i only drink a 1/2 cup of coffee in the morning and then i eat a whole sandwich and chips and ice tea for lunch and a full dinner at night..... not really a snacker unless you count the halloween candy i ate .....but thats gone..... i love chocolate!!! so i need some help getting started....... please share your secrets!!!! vicki
