Does anyone have an #800 for Walmarts online customer service?

I ordered DS's electric scooter from there as his Santa present......when I ordered it they said site to store shipping would have it be at the store by 12/18. I looked today and its says "Delivery is now estimated to be made by Saturday, 12/25/2010".

That's a little too close to comfort for me. So I just spent 30 minutes on the website trying to get an #800 and the only think I could find is an e-mail address to send questions/problems to.
I even called #800-WALMART, and it says to e-mail concerns about web orders. :headache::headache::headache:

1-800-966-6546. How to reach live person: dial 238 as soon as auto greeting begins, (it is not necessary to wait for the menu options). 8 am - 10 pm (CT).
 
I've heard TERRIBLE stories about their delivery times site-to-store, so definitely wouldn't count on it! Good luck, though, on getting this resolved...

there is a direct number for WM online customer service/site to store orders that is different from the regular WM customer service. Unfortunately I don't know it off hand but can get it for you tonight.

I am sorry you are having problems, I have used this many times and have never had any problems.
 

The number that someone provided above ( 1 800 966 6546 ) is the number that I used yesterday to get them to refund money for my online Christmas card order that is lost in space!!!! GRRRRRRR......

This I posted a similar thread early in November. Come to find out that I was able to PURCHASE an item that was out of stock. IT still has not come into stock as it is a hot Christmas item.

I finally found one after searching high and low. I then had to cancel my order with them in order to get my money back.

I will never do site to store again.

I've ordered site to store many times, and seem to get most items in less than 5 days. One video game took about 11, my last item (book) took about 6. I bet the time of year is having a big effect on the site to store times. Also we have a WalMart warehouse within 10-15 miles, which may help
Please note- all of my orders gave an estimated time well over what it accually took. I love site to store.
 
thanks so much! I used the number posted above and after being on hold 33 minutes I talked to a rep (who though was really nice) she didn't seem to know too much more than what my e-mail said. But she read the item to be "in transit".....couldn't tell me 100% for sure if it was in transit to my store or the distribution center......

She said to check back Saturday and we'd go from there.

I'll know better next time. Give myself a good 3 weeks of shipping time before an important purchase. :headache:
