If so, how do you like it? Pros/cons? I've found a pretty good deal on one, but would love to hear others' thoughts.

We have a 2001 and 2007 Dodge caravans. The only real problem we have run into is the power windows.

The 01 passenger side window doesnt work anymore.

and just this week our 07 drivers side window stopped working.

It will be 250 to have it fixed at the dealership. Now the passenger side one isnt that big of a deal. But the new one going out is making me mad. We are going to see about having a friend fix it for less hopefully.

Other than that. They are great. the 01 was like 189,000 miles on it. We drive them til they have to go to the scrap yard.

I have one. We have not had an problems exept the normal wear items. It meets our needs with 3 boys that play baseball. Lots of room and love the stow and go seats. We had 2005 Pathfinder before this and traded in for the van because we needed the extra space. I miss the Pathfinder but the space is great.

We have a 2005 Grand Caravan - I agree about the windows - but to be honest, I have never had a car with power windows that didn't need attention at some point. Thankfully I have a handy DH and he can fix them. :cloud9:

The only thing I would change would be to get a minivan with stow and go seating. I can remove the seats, but them are HEAVY. Otherwise, I really love my minivan, and didn't think I would - I fought it forever, but when DD6 came along that was it.

We had a Dodge Grand Caravan and it was nothing but trouble. Bad transmission, bad power windows and when the entire air conditioning system had to be replaced for the second time, we got rid of it. Never again.

Look at the reliability reports for this vehicle in consumer reports.

We had an 07 SXT

Loved the stow n' go
Loved the room
Loved the styling (as far as minivans go, I think it is the least 'ugly')
Back up sensors were nice
Captains chairs were nice

DID NOT LIKE
Expensive Tires
Breaks wore very quickly

I've owned three and can;t believe I kept making the same stupid mistake in buying them. By the time they have 100,000 miles on them, they are worth basically zero. We got rid of our 2005 last Spring (and got practically nothing for it in spite of it being in good condition.) I'll never buy another.

I have my mom's 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan with Stow and go Seats and we love it. She bought it used with I think 78,000 miles on it and it just rolled 115,000 and I have not had one bit of trouble. She bought it 2 years ago and passed away 2 months later, so I drive it. DH and I don't even have children and wouldn't trade it for anything else. I told him next time we did have to trade I want another one.

I did have to a new starter and that was $250, but that has been it. DH does regular maintenance on it and I am going this weekend to buy new tires, but they aren't going to cost much more than what DH's car costs or any other car I have had for that matter.

Being a stow and go is wonderful, there is all that hidden storage under the second row captains chairs and then the 3rd row folds down, in fact it stays down most of the time. We have hauled alot of stuff in it. There is a drawer under the passenger seat. It is easy to drive and great on gas, in fact we usually get 25 to 30 miles per gallon and we can drive from home to Disney and not have to stop for gas. I can fill up and go 2 weeks without filling up again, unless we do alot of running around.

we have a 2007 and we have had a problem with the window too!! weird!!!

we are pretty happy with ours. my next one will be a toyota though - i love my camry!

I hate my Dad's. The space between front seats and the 2nd row is very small. My Dad is not that tall so the issue is not that the front seat is all the way back, limiting the amount of space. It's just a very tight space. And it is not just my Dads van, we have one of these vans at work and it too has the same issue.
Caravans are known to be oil burners! I know that many of you will contest this fact, but they probably don't realize their van has this issue since they are not the ones seating by the tail pipe at a traffic light, inhaling the fumes.:moped::sad1:

I have a 2004, it is a money pit. What I saved on original layout in cost has resulted in at least $1500 in not covered repairs each year--I bought an extended warranty as well, and even year one I had those repairs! I was a loyal dodge owner, but after this experience I am done. Dont know what I will get next, but I know it won't be a Dodge!

We have a 2005 sxt and I love it. The only problem we have had are the windows, passanger side stopped working, had it fixed by the dealer (under warranty), then it stopped working again a few months ago, then started working again... Glad to hear I'm not the only one, but Dodge needs to fix this obvious flaw. Other than that, I love the space and have been lucky so far. My husband also makes sure it gets regular maitenence to help prevent any problems.

My next one though may be a GMC Acadia, really like the looks of those and I have to have the passenger seating, I'm just kinda getting out of the mini van seen.
