I haven't gotten that email yet, but my local paper has reported on some senior citizens recently being taken by the "call from grandson in prison" scam. "Grandson" was arrested and doesn't want parents to know or cannot get ahold of them, so "he" calls and asks grandparents to wire money to him to get out of jail.

I guess as long as there are one or two gullible folks out there, the scammers will try all their tricks.
