If you are not overweight or midly overwieght it is going to be harder to lose weight. I know a lot of young women who are still in school think they NEED to lose weight when they really do not. And I am not saying this is you, but keep in consideration how much weight you actually NEED to shed. The closer you are to a normal weight the harder it is to lose it. This is my problem and it is extremely frustrating. I just want to drop 10 lbs and it doesnt matter if I work out everyday and eat healthy or not, there is one weight limit I just can't seem to break!
