You might think i'm crazy, but dose anyone eles make a list for every day of your stay for what you are going to do. :Pinkbounc

Yup.
I have a word document detailing all my days at Disney and I have an excel file listing all the money I need to save and how I'm planning on spending it (I look at menus and put down the prices of the items I'm most likely to get and factor in tax and tip) so I will have enough for my trip.

I haven't gotten that bad yet, but I do make a list of every single thing I plan on packing so nothing gets left behind. I did allow for the things I knew I wanted to do in my budget. :cool1:

Excell is all I use . It has where i will be ,parades and shows I want to see, Emh listings,ADR's with Confirm #'s and SWA numbers so I can check-in useing my Cell phone.

Now we don't stick to the Spead sheet to the T but it keeps thing in place and we get done what we want to get done without having to go comando.

Yes, I plan everything ahead of time and write it on a calendar type spreadsheet. I creat one in Excel and make several copies. When everything is pretty much set, I type it into Excel. It does not include a complete schedule of what rides we want to go on first, etc. but will include park opening times, ADRs and anything out of the ordinary. We do not follow it to a T but it keeps us somewhat organized as to what we will see when...especially since the World is so big!!!

Yes I do , find things run smoother with one and besides it helps pass away the time after you've booked! :sunny: :wave2:

Yes I do! My DH thinks I am crazy  , that I plan that far ahead. But when we are at WDW and thing are going smooth (o.k., sometimes goes as planned ;) ) then he rethinks his " crazy" comment :p !

yes yes yes... I have my itenerary... the specific park path we will take both typed and on a disney map so I could make sure we weren't going crazy back and forth acroos parks all day...

First I write down all the rides in each park that I want to go on. Then I look at the maps and figure out which ones to hit first and which others are around them so we don't have to keep back tracking. Once that is all said and done I figure in times to eat and go back to the hotel and swim and stuff like that. Then when it gets closer to travel time I write down all the stuff I need to pack, so I don't forget anything. I am a bit crazy at least that is what DH says. He tells me I need help. We are a little less than 9 months out from our trip and its all I can talk about.

I'm lucky just to make it to the airport on time. :guilty:

If I had to follow a plan each day I wouldn't be on vacation, I'd be back at work. No plans for me just get up and go ......

i dont have anything right now and i dont know if i should, it just seems like alot of work that i dont wanna do because its my vacation and i shouldnt be on a schedule for it right???

welcome to the world of planners and re-planners. Heaven on earth for me!!!!

:surfweb: :teeth: :lmao:

I take a notebook with me with one page dedicated to everyday. I carry it with me for the whole trip. I don't plan specifc rides, but I do plan which area of each park I plan to hit first. In my notebook I write the park hours for each park, where EMH are that day, times of parades and night time shows, which park we plan for morning and evening, and our ADR information. We don't always follow it exactly, but it is a BIG help to just say tomorrow we are going to go to MK in the morning, eat lunch at Pecos Bills, take an afternoon break, eat dinner at Mama Melrose, and stay for Fantasmic!.

:thumbsup2

I just re-wrote my itinerary today. I keep it simple. One page with each day, which park has EMH, show times for the ones we don't want to miss, ADRs & conformation #s, and travel times (i.e. POFQ to MK - bus - 13 min) all with pretty highlighter colors. :p
Other than that, we play it by ear. :teeth:

I have a calendar in Publisher showing all park hours, which park we will be at that day, where our ADR's are at and comf number. I even go so far to print out each menu for the ADR's. Plus I have a "vacation packing list" that I have saved on the computer that I print off every time before a trip, just to make sure I don't forget to pack the little things. With what it cost to go to WDW, to me it only makes sence to be prepared.

We use to make a detail list when we first started going to the world, now we just do a quick list of the attractions we want to visit on that particular day :thumbsup2

Have a Disney Day pixiedust:

:wave2:

Nope, never have and never will...well kind of. We have about 10 ADR's, never done that before, the DDP made us a little nervous (DDE for us). We will hit the evening magic hours, so in a way we will plan a little. We wake up and say, well ,what do we want to do today? We are 30 something dinks, vacationing this way for us is simple.
