my mom's side of the family all shakes a little...just hands, really, and its not that obvious usually. Well, if they are passing something at the table and having a particularly shaky day I guess you do. I've picked it up in the past few years, too. Does anybody else do this, or know somebody who does this?

I do it but only when theres good music

Sometimes. Especially my left hand in the mornings. Parkinson's runs on both sides of my family and I hope this isn't an early sign for me.:(

I'm shaky. When I was little, I'd watch my grabdfather shake a lot when he was eating dinner. His hand would just shake with the spoon in it. I'm thinking I'll be the same way. WOO HOO! Something ELSE to look forward to!

My dad. They did diagnose early Parkinson's in him.

My grandma does. She shakes so hard she really can't hold anything. She manages though.

Sometimes I do. They thought it was my thyroid but it wasn't.

My mom used to get attacks of shaking hands, but it was never diagnosed as anything serious.

yep -- i've had shaky hands since i was little. it's not usually that noticeable to anyone but me, but every once in awhile someone will notice it. when i was about 20 i had a million tests done. at the time they chalked it up to my caffeine and alcohol intake, but since i've cut back on both fronts it still happens. went back for more tests and they couldn't find any reason for it, so who knows.

I do a little - they run in our family. My grandma has tremors. They had gotten so bad that she could only eat with a spoon and drink out of straws. Last year she had surgery in which they inserted an electrode into her brain (on each side of the head). It works kind of like a pacemaker and has done wonders for her. I hope mine never get that bad, but if they do I am glad to know there is hope.

Only when my blood sugar is low, and then I feel lousy too, until I eat something.

Hand tremors that go on regardless of blood sugar levels I would get checked out, it does sound like possible Parkinson's.

When I either have too little food or too much caffeine, I do. Or a little when I use my inhaler.
