Does any one have 284 DVC points to rent for April 2006?

Hi,

I am planning our first trip to DVC for next year. We had booked to go this year but had to cancel due to DW's pregnancy (a great reason to cancel - DS due July 16th ).....so to cut a long story short we have rented out our points expiring end-Nov 2005 and need to borrow 284 points from someone for 2006. I thought I would keep it in the UK initially for ease of payment before going to the US board. Ideally OKW.

Sorry, I can't help - if I had that many points lying 'idle' for next year, I'd be using them myself!

I have since read an interesting thread on the main DVC board that it is actually cheaper to pay cash for Fridays & Saturdays than to rent points. On this basis, with a bit of rejigging, we can cover the Mondays - Thursdays with our existing points, so the need to rent becomes obsolete!
