The "Disney Outlet" stores are called Character Premiere. The one at the Sawgrass Mills (in south Florida) has pin trading events once a month. They sell pins as low as $1.99. Or sometimes they have grab bags (with 5 pins for $10) but you don't get your choice. On a regular basis they will have pins for $3.99. I buy up these pins before each trip so kids have some to trade.
