Does Alamo have skip the counter?

I haven't been able to complete the skip the counter info. Did they get rid of skip the counter?

I haven't heard anything. We used it in May. I checked in on the Alamo website, and after entering all our information, there was an option to skip the counter.
From their website -

Skip the Counter Requirements​

After Activating Accelerated Check-In, you must also meet the following requirements to be eligible to Skip the Counter:

• Reservation must be at a rental location that offers Skip the Counter.
• Reservation must not exceed 30 days.
• Reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Reservation cannot include certain add-ons that need to be added to vehicle (i.e. mobility devices, etc).

• Reservation cannot be prepaid or direct billed to a 3rd party (i.e. Voucher, Business Account, etc).
• Renter must use a major credit card to secure rental (debit cards do not qualify).
• The name on the reservation must match the name on the credit card.
• Additional local deposit requirements may apply.

I have used it in the past, but it wouldn´t take my information, it kept ´thinking´ about it, multiple times. We were lucky when we got here that there wasn´t a line at the counter.

Cistomers who aren't eligible to skip the counter might be able to check in using an airport kiosk as an alternative to a counter
