No there isn't a character meal at AKL.

Animal Kingdom has a character breakfast called breakfastsarus with Donald Duck. Could this be what you are thinking of?
BTW. It's our favorite character meal of all!!

We also enjoyed Breakfastosaurus a few years ago. This restaurant is called Restaurantosaurus the rest of the time and serves McD's food then if I'm not mistaken. It really was pretty good at breakfast time but I hear that it's better if you eat early.
