Does ADR go away if resort ressie canceled?

I just learned it's possible to make ADRs 10 days earlier then the 180 day mark if you have an onsite resort ressie. If I should have to cancel the hotel ressie after the ADR has been made would the ADR get canceled as well?

No, resort and dining reservations are not really linked together so you will keep your ADRs.
