does a surprise FP for LwtL always come w. a Soarin FP?

Not when I went in November, February or May. Never got a surprise FP for LwtL, but I did (once, I think in May) get a surprise FP for Mission Space at Test Track.

Surprise fast pass??!!! Who knew? Nope none when we were in July on Soarin. Good luck. We did get what we called the golden fast pass- we were having trouble with our resort passes one day and they ended up giving us these fast pass cards good all day and it was coded to just let you get X number of passes throughout the day anytime- so no waiting between fast passes.

No surprise FP at Soarin' in April or June when I was there. A couple of years back, we did get a surprise FP for Honey I shrunk the kids with a TT fastpass.

We were there June 19-25 and did not get any surprise FP's. I had no idea there was such a thing.

We got a surprise FP for MS in May when getting our FP for TT. I think it is their way of trying to entice guests to explore attractions that they may otherwise not have visited.

We got one on Saturday. It just printed out with the Soarin' fastpass, and it had a return time about 20 minutes earlier than our Soarin' return time. It was a really cool surprise. I dont' think it's always the case - I was looking around since I was so surprised, and saw other people just getting one printed pass out of the machine. Our surprise fastpasses were still connected to the Soarin' one, so it came out as a double long pass.

They are random and the rides change. They must be programed in the machines every so many tickets or something. I have heard of them, but they are not real common.

We were there last week and got the surprise fastpass for LwtL with our Soarin' FP.

WE got one from Soarin for LWTL on July 21st. I saw them coming out for the people in front of me and was scared it would stop when I got there but I was lucky. I also looked to my left and right to see that those machines were not giving the suprise pass out. SO I guess it is randome machines. Just glance at what is coming out for other people before you get yours.

I'm glad to hear this.

Before Soarin' there was never a line for LWTL early in the morning...and not much of a line any other time. Since Soarin' showed up, the line is soo long! Maybe this will help!
