Do you think dinner ressies at both 1900 + CRT is overkill. Will it ruin meeting Cindy at the castle?

IMO if you are going to CRT I would skip 1900 dinner. There really is no comparison IMO. I think you really get ALOT more for your $$ with CRT. We went to the 1900 a trip after going to CRT so that's how we came to this opinion.
Never done Breakfast at either but we are thinking of trying 1900 this Xmas trip to see the decorations at GF.

We did both 1900 Park Fare and CRT (twice, actually) on our Honeymoon and we're doing 1900 and CRT (only once this time) again on our anniversary trip. Honestly, they're so different I don't think they compare.

CRT you meet Cinderella for like a minute, and then have your meal with the other Princesses. With 1900, you have dinner with Cinderella and the other characters from that movie. The feel is different as well- CRT is very...special? You're in the castle, the theming is gorgeous, you are served dinner. It just feels very much like being in a fairy tale.

1900 is a lot more laid back, and the surroundings are gorgeous but not quite as fantastical as in the castle. You go to a buffet (more food choice!) instead of being served. Plus, the Step family is there and they alone are worth the reservation. Not to mention it's the only place to really meet Prince Charming.

So no, I don't think both are overkill.

We are doing both along with Akershus. 2 sisters bringing their 4 daughters so we are doing LOTS of character meals LOL. We have FD so that cost is not really an issue, just want the kids to have a great time. By the time we are back again (4-5 years) several of the kids will be too old for princesses I suspect.

This is our first time doing CRT. We did 1900PF last trip and the stepsisters were SO funny, it really was fun.

We do both almost every trip. We enjoy both but for different reasons. We usually do CRT for breakfast and get in before park opening to get pics, eat in the castle which is amazing by itself, food, service and character interaction are always great here.

We do dinner at 1900. Character interaction is great here too but different. The step-sisters are funny if you engage them in more than posing for pics. The step-mother is also a fun interaction you don't get anywhere else. Dinner is good but it is a buffet so it is a different dining experience than being served at the table.

If you don't mind doing both, I would.

No. We often do Akershus and 1900 PF now if we add in CRT then it is overkill with all three. I like 1900 PF and think it is worth doing.

Did it on our last trip with free dining for 12 nights. Had no other places we preferred to try that fit within our itinerary. Really chose it for the stepsisters and not Cindy.

I am doing both for my bday trip. I love 1900 Park Fare for the step sisters. We had so much fun with them last summer.

We're going to 1900 PF & Akershus this trip. I don't think CRT & 1900 PF is overkill, especially if you have children who like the princesses.

If your family are huge Princess fans, than I don't think it's overkill. We are doing CRT, 1900 and Akershus on our upcoming trip :)
