If we have no medical conditions and no minors in our party, do we only need to fill out the embarktion form and the payment authorisation form?

Also, it seems our tickets and docs may not turn up on time, I've been reassured we won't need them. Is this true?

I can answer 1/2 your questions.
If your tickets dont arrive they will print them out for you when you get to the terminal. They do this for people who book at the last minute all the time.
It will make it much easier if you have your confirmation number with you.
Dont sweat it, they will get you straightened out if they are late. I have read many threads where this has happened and it was Ok. We almost had to do this once too, as our documents arrived the day before we left. That was really close!!! We called DCL and they said they would print tickets for us at the terminal if they didnt arrive.
