We already have PS and CP for Epcot on Christmas eve at the Garden Grill. Where do I get vouchers? At the park?

Also, I have never made PS before I got to a park before, but this year I have them for New Years at Priime Time Cafe. Do I need to get something to show that I have PS? If so, where do I get this? Last time I made the reservataions while I was in the park and they gave me a slip of paper. What do I need since I made them in advance? Thanks for the info in advance.

there are places all over Epcot for the pick up. We arrived via the International gate, walked over to American Adventure, they had a tent set up there. Pick up was efficient and quick. I merely took the PS number. On another day, i noticed they had a pick up point at Guest relations outside the main gate. Obviously when people are arriving the line is long.

they gave us each a badge to wear with the time and color of the seats. (Red for dinner package). We also had a sheet to give to the restaurant. The restaurant took the sheet and crediited the meal. Very easy.

As for the regular PSs not with the package, you can just go in to the restaurant a few minutes before your time, and give your name. Be sure to have your PS #(the confirmation number you got when making the PS) with you in case of a problem, but usually you wont need that.

You can also pick up your voucher and badges for CP at any WDW hotel front desk. Each front desk has a holiday station that is open from 8am until 8pm for Candlelight package pick up. It might be less crowded than waiting to get them at the parks

You can also have the front desk print out your other PS confirmations if it would make you feel more comfortable having them in hand as you did last time.

I would definately make sure that you have your Conf #.

Last trip we showed up at the CR for a PS at CM's and the guard did not have our name on the list. I showed him my conf # and it was not in the computer. Because I had my itinerary from Dreams, he let us in. Same problem at CM's but again, because I had the conf # they seated us with no problem.

I did not have any other problems, but was glad that I had my conf #'s with me.

If you are staying on property at a Disney owned resort, I would suggest you pick up your vouchers at the front desk ahead of time. The lines at the CP pickup at Epcot near the busses can get extremely long, especially within an hour of the shows. The lines back by the American pavillion aren't too bad, but pick them up early in the day, and don't wait until right before the show or your meal. The lines into Epcot start getting very long around 4 pm, so don't wait until the last minute to enter the park. You will still have quite a walk to get to the other side of the WS.
