DoctorP could use some good vibes and thoughts...

He is currently at a conference which he left yesterday for. Yesterday morning I had an email from him very early in the morning that he didn't know if he could drive to the airport because he was in such immense pain and thought he was having a kidney stone attack. Well he started feeling better, got to the airport, got to his destination and about 6:45 last night called me and told me that he thought he either had a really bad case of the flu/indigestion or it was his kidney stone. I called him about 9:15 last night (after my meeting finished) and he said he was doing a bit better. So I called at 6am this morning before getting ready for work and he ended up going to the emergency room (I'm not sure when but he didn't get back to his room until around 5am) and he was indeed having a kidney stone attack and they did a CAT scan and not only was he passing one stone but two.

For those of you who remember, back in May he had that procedure on (I can't remember which side) that broke the stones up. Well apparently these two are from that procedure that hadn't come out yet and are pretty good sized. He was thinking about getting his other side stone zapped and now is having second thoughts.

So if you could please keep him in your thoughts for the next couple of days I'm sure he would really appreciate it. I know he has to be in alot of pain and we did see this coming but we thought he had just pulled something in his back or had a back cramp the other night. I guess we know for next time!!!!
