Oh I agree (as does DH)! Geronimo just doesn't cut it as well as "Fantastic" and "Brilliant".

I wonder how long it will be before we get here in the States.

"Geronimo!" just sounds so American it clashes, it's not European (like "allons'y" or even like your "brilliant".

no, but based on how BBC America USUALLY works their Saturday nights New episodes are at 9, with an encore of the week before at 8.
The first week of a returning show they often have a marathon of previous episodes leading up to the new one.
