Docs Question...

Sorry, but my DW and I are filling out our cruise Docs and we have a few, hopefully not stupid, questions.

1) On the payment authorization form you write in the names of those people you are authorizing to charge to your credit card.
If I don't put my DD & DS down why do they say you have to stop by guest services if you do not want your children to have charge privileges?

2) On the Arrival/Departure Card, what is the
"Port Of Embarkation"?

I think port of embarkation should be listed as Port Canaveral.

I think the charging things for kids is confusing. I checked on this last time, and was told that we indeed had to stop at guest services to request no charging on my son's KTTW, regardless of if we had left him off the document...still can't quite figure that out.
