Just thought I'd ask a few questions. We are 3 families going next July 3 western. One cabin is me, DH and my daughters, one is my parents and my son, one is my sister, her husband and their two daughters.
1) since Dad is graciously footing the bill, will he get all the docs delivered to his home? He is using AAA.
2) My son's forms will be sent to my parents, right? Now, if we arrive before my parents, can he check in with us if I have his docs, or do we all check in together? Again, we will probably all be on the same shuttle but who knows.
3) also, since he is not technically staying with his parents will we need any non-parent forms, or not since we will be right next door? I know kids who are traveling with friends have a form to fill out but their parents are not on the ship.
4) this isn't docs related, but will there be a problem if he decides he has to sleep with us and one of my girls sleeps next door? He won't be charging anything to their room as I don't let the kids charge, and we will have a connecting door anyhow. Right now he is saying he wants to sleep with us. He will only be 6. If he is still upset about it next summer I'd just have one of my daughters sleep over there. I'll have his clothes, etc. anyhow.
