On our 2012 cruise there will be four young grandchildren in our group - 3 boys and one girl. The 5 year old girl plans on wearing her princess dresses as often as she can. Do boys tend to wear any boy costumes throughout the cruise (at dinner or at the shows) besides pirates night. Such as costumes from Toy Story etc. Your help will be very much appreciated. Thanks!

my son wore prince chaming costume when he was about 4.....he loved the attention

My DS (5 at the time) ONLY dressed up on Pirate Night. However, there was another boy at our table who was little younger (had just turned 4? maybe?) and he dressed up every night. So I think it depends on the boy/family.

:confused3

With the exception of pirate night, my boys did not dress up in costumes. However, I did have different disney shirts for them to wear during the day. The most popular one was the Princess Protection Agency shirts I got off of etsy. They were a big hit the the princesses!

Thank you so much. Prince Charming and the Princess Protection shirts - very nice idea. That is a great photo. My grandsons will be 6, 7, and 8 when we cruise. Really appreciate all the responses!

What a cute idea!! I bet my DS would love something like that for our next cruise! :)

Thanks for the idea!

DS wore a pirate costume when he was 6 and 7. We're going on our next cruise and he'll be 11 and wearing a cruise. He'll do anything to get out of wearing a polo shirt and dress pants.

No costumes on boys or girls on our cruise, at least that I saw.

We just got back from the 5/29 double dip. Although he didn't wear it to dinner, my 4 y/o did wear his Mr. Incredible costume to get a pic w/ the big guy himself! If I could figure out how to post a pic, I would - it's absolutely hilarious!

Other than pirate costumes, I think he was the only boy I saw in costume throughout the cruise.
