I work full time, as does DH. When Aiden was a baby, however, I worked days and DH worked nights, so there was always someone home with Aiden.
When Aiden turned 3, we put him in preschool/daycare full time, and DH started working days.
I have the flexibility of working from home if I need to if my son is sick or has a day off for which I cannot find a babysitter.
