Do you watch "Cold Case" or "Monk"?

Cold Case and Monk are two of my favorite shows. I keep waiting for new episodes of Monk but so far only reruns. Have you watched these shows?

Cold Case has become one of my favorite shows. I am always amazed at how they can get actors of different ages that look so much alike for the flashback scenes.

olena, this is a different cold case. It is just called "Cold Case" and it is aired on Sunday night on a major network.

I believe a new season of Monk is coming in January.

I watch both.
Monk is on a different schedule than the major networks.
Does anyone know when the new season for it starts?
I also like Dead Zone.

I really enjoy watching Monk, but I rarely get a chance to. Does anyone know if the earlier seasons have been released on DVD yet?

I just started watching Cold case this year, great show!

I use to watch Monk but I don't think I'm going to anymore since they fired the actress who plays Sharona. The show just won't be the same with her gone.

Season 1 of Monk is on DVD.

palmtreegirl, I did not know that they fired the actress who played Sharona, I just loved her. Was it a contract dispute? I agree that the show will not be the same without her.

Yes, she wanted a lot more money than they were willing to pay her. And so they decided to restructure the show. It will be interesting to see how it all turns out.

Man, I must have missed a whole lot of episodes. I didn't know that Sharona was gone. Season 1 on DVD, excellent. Need to get them on my Netflicks list.

The article I read awhile back cited "creative differences". They hired a new girl ro replace her-

Huge Monk fan here! Tony Shaloub is hysterical! Can't wait for the new season to start. Although, I am a bit bummed Sharona won't be there.

I had a season pass to Cold Case last year, but the episodes kept getting delayed by football, so I gave up on it. It is a good show

I love Monk but I always miss it. I'm glad that it's being released on DVD so that I can catch all of those episodes I've missed.

I discovered Cold Case last year after football season. This year, I've missed every episode. I guess I'll catch them after the season is over.
