In a September 27th press conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, former Soviet dictator Mikhail Gorbachev complained that "we do not have a new world order, the kind of new world order we need." He also reiterated his faith in socialism, insisting that Karl Marx was not to blame "for what we had in our country."
