Does AOL automatically save IM's? and if they do where are they?

I no longer use AOL, and IM does not automatically save. You can save manually though.

Older versions had the option to log and save IM's and chatroom conversations...I think AOL 4.0 or 5.0, but newer versions do not

Not spying...my SIL is moving here and she was typing a mile a minute with questions for DH I was hoping to have been able to retrieve it since I closed the window as soon as she signed off.

6 more days til they get here though!!

I can't answer your original question, but just wanted to share an FYI with you.

AOL has online help/tech support. It's in real time w/ a support person, & I think it works well. They will even help you print the notes of the support, if you would like.
