Do you use any Disney recipes?

I found a Tonga Toast recipe and tried it! It turned out great but it was messy to make, lol!

We do the cheese soup from Le Cellier.

It's so wonderful having these recipes, so when you need to close your eyes and 'be there,' you have these smells and flavors to add to it.

We have a couple of the cookbooks and make several items from them (especially in the chillier times of year). In regular rotation at our house:

Le Cellier cheese soup
Palo chocolate soufle
Crystal Palace cheddar potatoes
San Angel polo a las rajas
Shutter's veggie black bean soup
Boardwalk chocolate chip crumb cakes
DCL Pina Colada bread pudding
V&As chocolate gingerbread soufle
Boatwright's Banana's foster
Cornbread strawberry shortcake (can't remember where it is from)
Honey crunch cake (also cannot remember where this is from:rotfl:)

There are some really good recipes available. The problem is that now that the food quality has been slipping in the parks, we eat out in the world sometimes and think "this is better at home":lmao:
