I'm curious, did any of these people who tampered with customer food in an unsanitary manner ever get caught by the customer or management? I'd guess if management caught them, they'd be fired. If the customer caught them, I'd guess (a) they'd no longer be a customer and (b) they'd tell management.
How can you be sure that just because someone has a record of not tipping that today won't be the day they WILL tip?
