I would'nt personally go there, and I've never really been into women using there bodies for financial gain, but whatever.

By the way Hooter's girls wear way more clothing than those girls. Their uniform consists of shorts and a cleavege bearing top, most of those coffee house girls were wearing underwear.

I just need to know, what do they do when they have their periods? I mean, some of them are wearing teeny, tiny pairs of underwear. One tiny tampon malfunction and the customers will really be seeing something!

I have to say I don't understand the mixing of selling food and selling sex. I mean, why are they bothering to sell coffee? Why don't they just open a strip bar? I guess it's just an untapped market--people who at 5:30 am need a triple nonfat soy latte with a helping of crotch. :confused3

Personally I don't like ambiguities when it comes to coffee and porn. When I want coffee, I generally just need caffeine. When I want porn or to admire naked bodies, coffee is the last thing on my mind. Does being able to to drool over half naked bodies while getting coffee make people feel less dirty about it? :confused3

4. I am amazed at the number of young girls who seem to have had breast implants.

That was my exact thought. :lmao:

It wouldn't bother me, but I live in a town where my workplace (and my child's school) has at least 10 strip clubs in a two mile radius, so to me this is tame.

And I just have to note, they wear MUCH more at Hooters.

They do wear more at Hooters. I will eat at Hooters (love their wings) and never feel uncomfortable. I would feel a little uncomfortable being waited on by one of those young ladies.

However, if they are willing adults I see nothing wrong with their attire if that's what they want to do. I may not frequent the business but I fully support their right to run their business that way.

And if the coffee was really good, I'd probably go =)

I don't see how it is any of my business what these women wear to work.

OSHA might disagree.

I don't have a problem with it but I wouldn't go there. Of course, I'm not the target demographic either. :rotfl:

Where's the MEN in thongs? Glad to see all that work I did for womens rights 30 years ago has finally paid off. :sad2: :sad2: :sad2: :sad2:

For real. :sad2:

I voted other because I don't drink coffee and would never go there anyway, BUT whats the difference between the car washes with girls in skimpy clothes, barber shops with girls in skimpy clothes, Hooters.... the list goes on and on. If you have a great product and need to use a gimmick to get people in your door, whatever, but if the product is bad, no gimmick in the world is going to help you.

Really? Barber shops?? :confused3

yep, my DH use to manage a grocery store in a town that had girls in skimpy clothes cut your hair. They also served alcohol and showed movies on a big screen. We use to laugh that alcohol and women with scissors was someplace to avoid! Many of the guys that worked for him would get their hair cuts there, but it didn't stay in business long. I think it was the whole alcohol and women with scissors thing!!:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

No I wouldn't go there, it looks way to slutty. But then again I won't go to hooters either. I would be VERY upset if my duaghter chose to work in a place like that.

I lived in Kirkland for 11 years... how in the world do they stay warm? :confused3 lol

I read somethng very disturbing about another company there that was featured in an article on that website...

At Best Friend Espresso in Kenmore, baristas go thigh-high. An elevated service window offers customers a nearly full-length view of pretty, young baristas — some of them high-school students — in short skirts, tank tops and high heels.

Best Friend owner Wayne Hembree said he requires employees to dress "classy;" in dresses, skirts and a nice top.

"What I think most of them have found is that their tips are better if they wear short skirts," he said.

Occasionally, Best Friend does theme days, such as "schoolgirl" or adding glasses for a sexy "secretary" look, manager Heather Bacon said.

Some high schools students? :sad2:

I don't care either way about the "morality" of Cowgirls Express because it's a business, but I am concerned about the gals wearing such skimpy clothing while doing their jobs (yes, ouch!) and I thought there's some public decency laws about wearing very revealing lingerie in public. :confused3

Let the market decide.

Even if I had the bod to work there, I'd be too afraid of spills and splashes. Washboard abs look great but not with welts and burns all over them.

It certainly is foolish dressing that way selling coffee....too each his own.
We have places here in the DFW that are trying this approach to keep themselves in business.
I imagine in the end they will all fail.

Now if someone would open up a coffee shop that sold everyone's beans....that I would be interested in no matter how they were dressed!:thumbsup2

Hmmm... I must be part of the target demographic!!! As long as the coffee is good, I could be forced to stop be once a day.

I know... I'm a man and I'm bad. :rolleyes1
