Do you think this is a good idea?

On our last day we thought we would check out of the hotel about 11:00 and go over to the Board Walk Inn to site see and eat at Spoodles before heading to the airport. I know we have park at the GF for a couple of hours to eat, could we do the same at BWI?

Yes - you can park at the Boardwalk to sight see and eat They may or may not give you a three hour parking pass They didn't give my Dh and I one in early December when we did just exactly as you are suggesting (except we ate at ESPN)
