Do you think there is any chance Flame Tree BBQ will open early?

Is it just me or does Aug 9th - Sept 19th sound like a really long time to have one of only 4 CS locations at AK down? Especially shocking to me is the fact that it will be closed on the Labour Day weekend!

Do you think there is any chance of it opening ahead of schedule? And does anyone know what they are actually doing?

I don't think it will reopen early, but I am very exciting to see any possible changes Disney may make.

Looking at the dates Flame Tree is closed will this mean longer lines at the other Animal Kingdom counter service locations and will free dining have any effect at those locations once it starts?

I agree. I am not looking forward to having to line up for a long time to get a meal at some place other than Flame Tree which is our favourite. Still, not going to ruin my vacation. I am just excited that, unlike our trip last year, Space Mountain and the TTA will be running.
