Do you think that we will need the Express Pass?

Hi,

We are hoping to go to Universal 7/25 to 7/27. Originally we were going to stay at one of the on site hotels but because of finances we may have to change those plans. I know one of the advantages to staying onsite is the Express pass. In your opinion is the express pass a necessity during this time? With the exception of the WWOHP ( i hope I did that right) will the lines be longer then 20 to 30 mins.? I appreciate any feedback, thank you.

Oh ya, they'll be longer. The parks are going to be very busy this summer since we will have the opening of Transformers and the newly done Simpsons area.

Yeah...I would think lines would reach 90 + minutes during the summer for Transformers.

Remember that one night at an on-site resort gets you two days of early entry and express pass. You get early entry/EP on both your check in and check out day...

Thanks for the replies. That is why we were staying the 2 nights to get the fotl for 3 days. Somehow I am going to figure out how we can stay onsite. Thanks again!!

I will keep my fingers crossed for you! It is SUCH a different experience when staying onsite. Not only for the unlimited EP, but because the resorts are awsome!

Not having to wait in a long line in the parks, getting in an hour early, priority seating at restaurants all make it worth it. And the short walk/boat ride back to your resort (which have some great places to eat or drink) is such a bonus. It is a very different UO experience in which you can do and see so much more...

If you can swing it- do it!
