Do you think it matters when I upgrade with my split/stay

I have 5 day tix bought from UT. We will be at WdW for 6 days so I am planning to buy APs. I was going to wait until the second half of our stay. First two nights at AKV and 5 nights at BLT. I didn't want to risk messing up any of the FP that I made, but also I was not able to make any FP for our 6 th day. If I upgrade on our first day them i might still be able to get some FP. Who knows that might all be gone already. We are going again in March - thus the reason to upgrade to the AP.

My plan was whenever I go by guest relations and see a short line to do it that day whatever day of my trip it is.

With Disney IT I'd consider waiting to all your FP+'s are used.

That is what I was thinking. And it would only be for the last day that I didn't have any. By then, it might not matter as much to us what rides we got FP for. Hopefully, we will have done most of the ones we want to by then!
