I had an offer accepted for AKL. 160 points for $100/point with no points until 2021. Seller credits buyer 2020 MF and seller payS closing costs. Think Disney will but it back? Thanks!

You never know, but looking at the recent trends I would think that it would be highly likely that they buy it back.

It's hard to tell what triggers Disney to act on ROFR. I've seen AKV contracts at that price point go through and contracts at higher points get taken. Add/subract the credits/closing costs from the price per point to see where you land. Some feel that's what Disney looks at when determining to buy or not to buy. That number will give you a better idea I think.

No one can ever tell, but I think stripped contracts might have a harder time making it thru.
even though a contract has no points until 2021, it still counts towards Disney's ownership requirement, enabling them to perhaps sell other points that they have.
Which residential unit it is in can make a difference, perhaps they need points in the RU to fill a wait list request, maybe they dont. UY does not matter any more since they can switch them around.

Disney certainly has a method to their madness, we just don't have it pegged down yet.

Best of luck!
