Do you see the Dollar rising any higher?

Hiya Guys

Unfortunately I dont have the use of a Crystal Ball and I'm therefore simply interested in hearing what your thoughts are on the Dollar at the moment?

Do you think it will rise any higher or plumet very shortly.

We're not due to travel till August but am holding out for 1.60 if possible.

When we booked our cruise for next year we decided we would make a payment every time it hit 1.60. So far we've made four payments. Maybe it will go higher but if it does I won't feel hard done by as I think 1.60 is a good rate.

You can toss a coin and be just as accurate as the most experienced forex dealer. If anyone knew they would be millionaires.
Its almost crept back upto $1.60 today, I am hoping it stays around this for July/Aug.
I don't usually take $'s but I bought some off one of my customers at $1.60 a couple of week back, I prefer to use my credit card which gets me the full interbank rate with no fees.
If you buy it will rise, don't buy it will drop, we can never win

It's been steadily increasing recently. No idea if that means it'll carry on increasing or it'll now drop though! lol

No one knows, I don't really pay too much attention to it as it's been stuck between 1.55 and 1.60 for a few months and I only buy $100 at a time, so each transaction only fluctuates by pennies each time.

If you're buying a big chuck at once it could make a big difference though, but again you can't guess! If you're happy enough with the rate of the day buy, just in case it does drop. If it rises at least you know you were happy at the time, and you can always get more!

US Treasury Bonds have been falling in value recently, so it's likely that the next couple of days will see the dollar rate rise for us
