I must confess, I've been known to sad a few myself in comfortably company, never with new people, teachers, in public, in front of kids. What about you? S

yes I confess too I have let a few slip here and there but Im MUCH better than I used to be when I worked for hockey team

I said a few earlier today to a 20 yr old that wrecked my van! He was driving an ambulance van and rear ended me because he was driving so darn fast while I was sitting at a red light. After cursing him out, I made him listen to how pitiful my life was going lately! That will teach him to hit an old woman!!
I told him my dh was hit by a cop 3 weeks ago(cops fault) but county is in no hurry to fix the truck. they're self insured, they dont care.
I told this guy (in front of two cops) that if his company was insured by the county that I was gonna kill him. One cop laughed and said he didnt hear a thing i just said. i know not smart.
I did apologize and he must have said sorry 10 times.
He also had a patient in the back of the ambulance. poor lady. This 20 yr old transport patients had been on the job since 6a.m yesterday morning and then tells me he's been in at least 4 wrecks, two in one day while transporting patients. that's scary!

Yes, I have said a few choice words. I have a harder time of controling when they come out than you, Sandra. I haven't ever said anything in front of a teacher and hope I never do but, I can't say if I was really angry that it couldn't happen.

There is one word I say that someone around here in particular thinks is a bad word and calls me on it. I never thought it was bad though.

<font color=navy>Not part of my normal vocabulary... but, yup - sometimes they slip out when I lose control. (shocks others more than me, though ... lol)

unfortunely..yes.

tried to break the habit..but it is harder than it seems.

i have a temper that i often lose control of. LOL

so yes, i've been known to use a few choice words when i am angry. ;)

I've been known to say a couple. It's not normal for me, but when it's just the right word, I might.
I do not cuss in front of children.

The funny thing is, since I so rarely use a "bad" word, everyone is shocked and they know I'm angry.
The usual response is everyone heading for the hills, or so I've been told. lol

Say them not normally. Sign them yep. Bad hands! Bad Hands!

Yup, all the time. Funny, I never heard my mother swear til I was in my twenties. When DS was in 2nd grade he had to make a list of compound words. He asked "is g**d*** a compound word?" I said rather sheepishly that is was but don't write that one down on your list:o

I do not have a "potty mouth," but I will swear when I am alone, with my immediate family, or with friends. I don't say MANY bad words though - s--t, and dammit mostly. I have found myself lately saying things that are quasi-bad - like "freakin'." I would be upset to hear my 12 and 8 year old say that - I should be a better example...

Sometimes I say:

****
****
****
****
*****
*****
and very rarely,

*******************

:teeth:

Sometimes, I say the F word.....

.....FRENCH FRIES!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it is silly we even have "bad" words...who decides what words are bad? So silly! I do say bad words.....but I respect those around me and refrain when I'm around company that wouldn't appreciate it.

When I was growing up, all the adults cussed all the time. As I got older I've been the wierd one because I didn't start to sound like them.
