Cheryl - SInce you opsted this I got an e-mail newsletter froma runniogn store. I was shocked that the guy ripped oon doing anything other than hitting teh pavement and TM. No XT or anything. Basically, he said you only need to work the ones you use runnign, so why do anything else.
