Do you plan your menu at DL and DCA?

Aside from the BB and Minnie's we don't plan a thing. We are basically fly by the seat of your pants when we're there..so when we're hungry we find whatever's closest that sounds good. We are generally in different areas at meal times every day so we get a good variety. The only exception is that I'll walk a million miles to get back to French Market if I'm craving it ;)

Just wondering if people plan what places they plan on eating every day.

We usually plan one meal a day, sometimes it's lunch and sometimes it's dinner. We have favorite places so we make ADR's for them. For the other meal of the day we wing it!

We like to have one planned 'nicer' meal, like at Blue Bayou or Carthay, and then a wish list of places we'd like to hit if it works out. We really like Cafe Orleans and missed it last time we went, so I'll probably make a reservation for that too one of our days. Otherwise it's what do we like that's nearby when we're ready to eat. It's just the two of us so it makes it a little easier to be flexible about where we go.

We plan very few meals. Our last trip we made a reservation at Carthay Circle for Fathers day lunch with WOC seating. That was the only thing we really planned in advance. Then we made a couple last minute reservations for breakfast at Carnation café two days in a row. Otherwise we make loose plans " lets go ride single rider RSR, then have lunch at Flo's today". That might happen at 10 am, might happen as we start to walk toward the ride at 2pm. LOL!

We all have things we love to eat, and work some ones request in to the plan for the day. But, we rarely plan an exact time and place.

With the exception of a light breakfast, we eat all our meals either in the parks or in DTD.
I always make a list of places and foods for us to eat. I select healthier items and that makes it more critical to plan ahead since those items are somewhat rare.

Since I have food sensitivities and allergies, we have a list of places where I know the menu will work for me (both in the parks and in DtD). Some visits have every meal planned and others are more spontaneous. But we always stick to the places on the list.

I will look at the menus before I got, to see if there is something I want to try. I usually know where I want to eat but I am flexible in doing whatever if I change my mind.

That is half the fun is planning where we are going to eat! Kids pick there favorites and so the parents! We do plan our restaurants for each day, but sometimes it does change. But we always have reservations for Goofys a family favorite.
