Do you plan your CS's or Wing it?

How Do You Handle Your CS Meals?

  • I plan everything down to the very last detail, including all of my TS and CS meals.

  • I plan all of my TS meals, but only a few of my CS. The rest, I play by ear.

  • I only plan my TS meals.

  • Plan meals in advance? What are you, kidding me? I don't even know where I'll be tomorrow!

Planning TS is enough for me - when it comes to CS, I know in advance which ones I might like to try, and then play it by ear. Just depends on where we happen to be when we decide that it's time to eat.

I voted that I plan ts and a few cs. I always know there are certain CS that I will go to such as TUsker HOUSE (for the last time:sad:) and Columbia Harbour house. But there is some planning involved. I check out the menus before we go and I look up where the places are in the park. That way when we get hungry I know what is close by and which CS will have food that everyone will like!

I chose "Plan all TS and af ew CS"... but...

We only plan a few must do CS places. There are days where we all eat someplace different or at different times. We just go with the flow then:goodvibes

We plan it all. But that doesn't mean we won't change once we are in the park...I just want to make sure I am covered in case we need an emergency stop. I won't need to grab my map and search out a CS for a break.

::yes:: ::yes::

I could have written those myself!

With the craziness of the parks and running around all day, we normally just wing it for CS.

I plan our TSs. I've gone over the CS menues and I know where everyone in my family can find what they like. Usually I'll have in mind 2 places in different areas of the park so we don't have to walk to the other side just for lunch. Like Pecos Bill & Cosmic Ray's - if we're in Frontier Land, Liberty Square, Adventure Land its PB if we're on the other side of the park its CR's.

I plan at least one TS meal a day, have backup CS and sometimes alternative TS meals set up. With a 2 year old, I'm not sure how my days will really work out yet. I am planning to set up early and late meals using different phone numbers.

I must admit that I do plan my CS meals but it's all flexible. For the most part we did end up eating at most of the places I planned on. The easiest was at AK since there were only two CS places (not counting Pizza) and we went to AK on two occasions so that was easy.

Just plan the TS meals. I think DH would strangle me if I planned every meal of our vacation.

He likes to think he picked some of the places we eat at ;)

my DS can be a picky eater. So I try to have a plan for the whole day, which includes CS restaurants as well. I am a home maker and meal planning is just part and parcel of what I do, so I naturally translate planning part of my little self to our vacation.:goodvibes Now, having said that, I admit that I have options in mind, that is, if we are here, we will probably eat here or there, and if we end up in this place, here's the best choice, etc.:thumbsup2 So, the CS plan is not necessarily inflexible. Also, I am really working the DDP, with planned shared meals, etc., working with dietary issues, etc.

and my DH's idea of vacation is not having to make a single decision!:lmao:

Therefore, it helps me to have a clue before we go.:goodvibes
