Do you need a park pass to make dining reservations in that particular park?

What about dinner reservations. Do you need a park pass for that particular park. We have park hopper tickets. Thank you.

You need a park pass to be able to get into the park for your reservation. So if it's after hopping time, anything is fair game. If it's before, you will need a park pass for that park to get in.

2pm for WDW. I believe 1pm for DL.

You have to have tapped into the park you have reservations at before you can hop to another at 2. Other than that, there hasn't been any problems hopping so far all the parks have been available for it.
