Do You Love WDW But

Some else in your family like DH,DW or children or relatives thing you are nuts?I'm lucky DW and son and grandchildren all love WDW like me.My brother and sister say why waste your money and time on a amusement park.I try to explain it's a magical place and so so so much more than amusement park.They just shake heads and think I'm a dummy.I don't care I'm going to continue to go to WDW every chance I get.

I am the only one here who likes it as much as I do, Lady M and the kids enjoyed it, but not ready to return yet. Maybe some day.

My husband is one that isn't interested in WDW and doesn't understand why I've gone so much. He'll go occasionally but would rather stay home. Luckily, we travel to other places too so he does get out some!

I have a friend and his wife that really like it (they are going to be there Christmas Day) and understand, and a friend who has never been but supports me, but everyone else seems to think its kind of dumb, some of them like it, but don't understand the pull, I am currently debating whether to go again soon and my family thinks it silly to go again, that I should just save the money.

My DH has totally changed his Disney Fan status since becoming a DVC member. He used to like it before, but now, he gets much more into the planning and making the PS and we talk about something everyday.

As far as my son goes, he definatley inherited my passion for it

Then there are the people who just at me and I just right back at em!!

Danny, I have been married for almost 32 years to a man who is severely Disney impaired. I feel your pain.

Fortunately for me my dh humors my addiction so I make several solo trips every year. Works for me

As for your brother and his wife? You know what? You either <i>get</i> it or you don't. They don't <i>get</i> it and that's <i>their</i> loss. Just keep enjoying your trips.

My BF has absolutely no interest in any type of theme park. And that's ok with me; we have so many other things we like to do together. If I ever go to WDW again, it will most likely be without him.
