Do you like the Simpsons???

My dd and I were watching 100 Greatest Childrens TV shows and they came top.

I just dont find them funny - not my type of humour.

I agree with you on that one... it's broadcast here well before the watershed, its usually on between 6-7pm.

I'm a huge fan and there are so many favorite moments and gags for me. The other day, I was singing the Mt. Splashmore song.....

It's not my idea of a children show. I guess it gets lumped in because it's animated?

My DH and I love the Simpsons and have since they were a filler between sketches on the "Tracey Ullman" show.

My kids have various songs from the Simpsons on their MP3 players. It's a thing around here. I wasn't allowed to watch it growing up, my parents hate that show with a firey passion!

We all love The Simpson's! Kids are 9 & 13 and have been watching for years and they have not been corrupted...yet..

Love 'em but they've jumped the shark. But really, how long can any team of writers be expected to carry on? It's one of television's greatest classics, and they should give it up now. There's no shame in stopping when you're finished.
