He doesn't look like an Ultimate Fighting Champion so maybe he is a sportscaster for MLB Tonight?

He looks like this guy I read about earlier on yahoo news.....he is a feather weight boxer/fighter and he gave up a chance to win a belt so that he could be by his wife's side while she battled cancer.....I tried to locate the story to link but cant seem to pull it up

This is the fighter's name and story - Robert Guerrero
. I found it on google by starting out broad with featherweight and then narrowing it down by adding different things with search within.
This is a picture of him and his wife.

I don't think it's him - here's a picture of him alone compared to your picture.
