Do you know this Villa Location?

Good friends of mine are off to Orlando in a couple of weeks and have just received details of the villa they have been allocated: Downing Circle, The Palms.

Does anyone know anything about this area and whereabouts it is as she hasn't a clue - and nor do I!!

The Palms, Davenport is located on Highway 27 which off Highway 192, 10 minutes drive from the entrance to Disney and 5 minutes drive from an excellent golf course.

Hi Astrid,The Palms Lake Davenport Estates is where my home is -in fact mine is in Downing Circle -It is a mixture of residential and holiday homes and is a relaxed and peaceful place to stay.It will take about 10 minutes to reach Disney from there.You might tell your friends that at night it is easy to miss the entrance to the community until they get to know where it is.They need to travel approx 1.5 miles south of the 192 -(tell them to watch the bend as they come off the 192-it's a nasty one) .They will pass Esprit and Davenport Lakes on their left - then comes Lake Davenport estates .It is down a road called Florence VIlla Grove Road and the best way to spot it is by a solitary lamp at the edge of the road and a flag pole. If they would like to e-mail me or pm me they can have the directions I give my guests.

Wonder if this is where Florida Palm s is as well. Directions sound very similar
