Do you know this pin?

I have a pin, looks like the gold 1 year service pin....gold mickey globe head except that the head isnt solid and the pins are on the back of the ears and not the head.

Not sure how to post a pic here and I havent been able to find this on pinpics or anywhere else.

Thats the only one that I have been able to find that is close to it, but that one is solid and this one isnt.
Dont know if its a bootleg/fake or what.
