Do you "know" these homes in Emerald Island?

We have it narrowed down to 2 homes - both the exact same price and both in Emerald Island. Size is not a concern (one is a 4 br and one is a 6)

Does anyone know about:

Property A) http://www.vrbo.com/74118 and Owners Site (#8525)

Property B) http://www.fabvillas.com/florida-vacation-rentals-villa_rates-2916.html and Owners Site

Property A does accept credit cards - Property B does not. (but we are using a checking card, so I don't think it caries the same protection as a "real" credit card...)

Sorry, I can't help you but both houses look really nice. If you don't need all the space, I would choose the smaller less expensive house. That would leave more money for fun at the parks or for groceries. This will be our first time renting a pool house. We're going in June. From what I've read on the boards, everyone has had really good luck with their rentals.
