Do you know keyboard shortcut to copy, cut, paste?

You know, Ctrl C, Ctrl X, Ctrl V?

I couldn't believe it...I was helping/training a coworker today who was going at a snails pace. I got fed up and asked her why was right-clicking "Copy" then right-clicking "Paste." And THEN going back to the item she copied and deleting it, instead of just cutting and pasting it. We work in Excel and do copying and pasting all day long...I thought she knew the shortcuts, it was taking forever because she can't move her mouse fast enough! I said do the keyboard shortcut, it's going to save you a ton of time because she sure wasn't moving her most all that fast!

I honestly thought it was common knowledge to anyone who uses a computer on a daily basis...

I know them. I worked in a fast-paced office, and I had a case-load of 3000 students, so I took every shortcut known to man-kind.
